Advanced Setup: Using a CSV for Custom Sender Names & Aliases

If you need specific email aliases (e.g., sales@, support@, firstname.middleinitial@) or want multiple sender identities per domain, use the "Import CSV" option during the "Sender Configuration" step. Download the sample template, fill in the exact domain_name, first_name, last_name, and alias (the part before the @) for each required mailbox, save as CSV, and upload. Ensure the total count matches your package requirements.
