Help! My ScaledMail Dashboard Menu is Stuck Loading

If the left-hand menu or other dashboard elements aren't loading:

  1. Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R).
  2. Log out and log back into your account.
  3. Try accessing the dashboard in an Incognito/Private browser window.
  4. If it works in Incognito, clear your browser's cache and cookies for app.scaledmail.com.
  5. If the problem persists, contact support via the chat widget (it usually still works even if the main dashboard doesn't).
