Help! My ScaledMail Dashboard Menu is Stuck Loading

If the left-hand menu or other dashboard elements aren't loading:
- Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R).
- Log out and log back into your account.
- Try accessing the dashboard in an Incognito/Private browser window.
- If it works in Incognito, clear your browser's cache and cookies for app.scaledmail.com.
- If the problem persists, contact support via the chat widget (it usually still works even if the main dashboard doesn't).
