Understanding Your ScaledMail Google Workspace Mailboxes

For direct interaction (outside your sequencer), use a unified inbox tool like

. Connect your ScaledMail mailbox using the "Office 365" (for MS) or "Google" / "SMTP/IMAP" option and the credentials provided by ScaledMail. This allows viewing replies and sending one-off emails.

How to Send/Receive Manual Emails from ScaledMail Inboxes

Yes, you can change the display name (First Name, Last Name) associated with a mailbox. Contact support with the mailbox email address and the new desired display name. Changing the actual email address/alias is generally not feasible post-setup.

Understanding Your ScaledMail SMTP Mailboxes

changing passwords (especially for batches of Microsoft mailboxes) is strongly discouraged

. It requires disconnecting all mailboxes from your sequencer and manually reconnecting them, potentially causing significant disruption and downtime. Use the passwords provided by ScaledMail.

Can I Change My Mailbox Passwords?

Mailbox passwords (and usernames) are available in the 

 section of your ScaledMail web app dashboard. For users onboarded before the web app, credentials were provided in a shared Google Sheet. Contact support if you cannot locate them.

Where to Find Your Mailbox Passwords

Our standard Microsoft mailboxes are provisioned via Azure/Office 365 infrastructure, optimized for sending via SMTP/IMAP. They are not typical Outlook.com accounts and generally cannot be logged into via outlook.com. Use a unified inbox tool like Hothawk or Missive for manual sending/viewing.

Understanding Your ScaledMail Microsoft Mailboxes

Yes. During onboarding, provide a URL if prompted. Alternatively, contact support post-setup with a publicly accessible URL (e.g., Google Drive link, LinkedIn profile) of the desired image. Specify which mailboxes should use it, and our team will apply it.
