Accidental Purchase or Need a Refund?

If you purchased a package by mistake and have not yet submitted the setup form, contact support immediately. We can typically cancel the order and issue a full refund (allow 5-10 business days for Stripe processing). Refunds for partially used service periods are generally not provided unless there was a service error on our part.
